We know your bike is important to you, so we offer a variety of ways to get your bike the service it needs in a timeframe that works for you.

• Drop your bike off for service anytime, Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. When you drop your bike off, we’ll give you an estimate of the service and parts required and a date it will be finished. Our service turn around is usually 1 week, however in peak season this can be 2+ weeks.
• Call 705-746-6060 or stop by the shop to book a service appointment. We’ll give you a service date and block off time that day to work on your bike. Drop your bike off anytime before your service appointment date and we’ll call you when the bike is finished. Assuming we don’t run into any unforeseen issues you’ll have your bike back within 48 hours of the appointment date.
• Sometimes you just need your bike serviced or something fixed right away, and our mechanics are happy to stay late to get you rolling. Rush service is billed at time and a half for all service and labour rates, and we’ll have the bike back to you 24-48 hours after dropping it off.

Parry Sound Bikes services e-bikes quipped with Shimano, Bosh and Brose (Specialized) systems. Parry Sound Bikes can no longer service e-bikes with systems other than the three listed previously. This unfortunately includes flat fixes and service that would normally not include the e-bike system.
